  • Do I need to prepare or buy anything before a Super Sorters session?
    Sometimes customers ask if they need to tidy before a session – no need to tidy as we’ll need to get all the items out anyway. You just need to think about the session ahead and allow yourself to get into the mindset to achieve your vision, let Super Sorters take care of the rest! If you have booked a Super Sorters organising session, then you will need to have decluttered beforehand. We offer decluttering services prior to organising and are happy to provide this. Let us know at the initial consultation and we can book you in. We will provide labels for sorting items and other equipment we need. We ask that you have essential cleaning materials to hand so we are able to give any surfaces we are organising a dust or wipe down if required, and in addition that you have rubbish and recycling bags at the ready. We suggest you only purchase storage items after your Super Sorters decluttering session, as then we will know the quantity of what needs to be organised, saving you time and money. As part of the process, you may even find suitable storage solutions you didn’t even know you had! Super Sorters is happy to provide storage solutions where required, we can discuss this at the initial consultation.
  • Do we have to get rid of my belongings or can we just organise them? Will you make me get rid of anything?
    Not at all, you are in charge of everything that stays and goes. We will provide gentle support and encouragement to help you make decisions, so you can achieve your vision. We will go through everything with you, and you can decide whether you want to keep, rehome or recycle.
  • I have young children at home, can I still do a Super Sorters session with them at home?
    Yes. Here at Super Sorters, we love children and are parents ourselves, so we understand the huge commitment and ability to juggle many plates that this entails. We provide a service specifically for playrooms and children’s rooms as well as busy parents, grandparents and guardians, so we would actively welcome input from your child/children or grandchild/children. Where you need to organise or declutter other spaces, it’s unlikely that you will want, or your child/children will want to be part of the process and to make the most of the session we’d suggest they have some activities for them to enjoy instead. However, if this is not possible, we offer flexibility in the services we provide. We are happy to come when your child/children are home and can discuss this with you at your initial consultation.   • Are you able to provide storage solutions?
    Yes, Super Sorters would be happy to advise you on suitable storage solutions and can provide these where required. We can discuss this at our initial consultation or at the end of your first session.
  • Do you offer a cleaning service as well?
    We will wipe down or dust any surfaces we are organising on to where required, but we do not offer a cleaning service.
  • Are you insured and vetted? Is your service confidential?
    We can provide DBS check documentation and references on request. Super Sorters is covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Super Sorters adheres to the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO) code of conduct, which is in line with our own principles, ensuring that your privacy is protected and the service we provide is confidential and discreet.
  • I’m embarrassed and worried about being judged.
    We are not here to judge anyone, everyone has periods in their life where they don’t know where to start or where to begin.   • How long does a session with Super Sorters last?
    This will depend on the job, the size of the space and your specific requirements. At Super Sorters we offer a huge range of services tailored to what you require, as well as a variety of different packages to suit the nature and size of the task. Most customers prefer to book a package of 6, 12 or 24 hours, split over a number of sessions. These sessions will be tailored to you and your lifestyle, in order to fully transform a space or your home. At minimum, a 3 hour session is needed to achieve results in any project. It generally takes 6 hours to fully transform a room. Once you see the transformation, you may to want to book further sessions, and we can discuss the next steps at the end of your session. Alternatively, Super Sorters can give you virtual advice and support if you are on a tight budget and are happy to do the work yourself after your first session or between sessions. Discounts are available for customers booking 12 or 24 hour packages. Once we have had an initial consultation, we can discuss how many Super Sorters hours you need to achieve your goal.   • Do I need to be present all day for my Super Sorters session?
    This will depend on the Super Sorters services you have booked. If you are using the Super Sorters decluttering service, you are in charge of everything that stays and goes, so your presence is of the utmost importance. We will provide gentle support and encouragement to help you claim your beautiful space back. We’ll provide the category labels, while you direct us as to which category you want each item to go in. If you are using the Super Sorters Organising service and are happy to leave us to it, then we are happy to work hard to achieve your goals without you being present. All we ask is that you are a phone call or text away should we have any questions and that you are available just before the end of the session so we can show you your newly transformed space and where everything is. We can work around your work commitments, the school run or other time commitments.

  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
